Payment processing
DineXpro platform subscriptions are sold through Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Card payments made by guests to venues through DineXpro are processed by Stripe (Stripe Connect); for those payments, the venue is the merchant of record and the funds settle directly to the venue's own Stripe account. DineXpro deducts a platform fee of 0.5% per card transaction from those payments, tips excluded; Stripe's own processing fees are separate and are charged by Stripe to the venue's account. Both are set out in the Terms of Service.

Supervisory authorities (Romania)
Data protection: the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP). Consumer protection: the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including its alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL) for settling consumer disputes out of court. Consumers in other EU countries may address the alternative dispute resolution body designated in their own country.
