Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. Annual billing equals 10 monthly payments — 2 months free. The final amount and applicable taxes are confirmed in the Paddle checkout before you pay.

What a card payment costs you — three separate things. 1. DineXpro platform fee — 0.5% of each card transaction taken through the Online payments module, deducted at the moment of the charge. Tips are excluded: a tip your guest leaves goes to the team in full. If a payment is refunded in full, our fee on it is returned too; a partial refund keeps it. 2. Stripe processing fees — charged by Stripe directly to your connected account under your own Stripe agreement, not set or received by DineXpro; they vary by card type, currency and country, so see stripe.com/pricing for the rates that apply to you. 3. Your DineXpro subscription — the module prices listed above, billed separately by Paddle.
Billing questions
Who charges my card?
DineXpro subscriptions are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle collects payment, applies the correct taxes for your country, and issues your invoices. Checkout happens in the DineXpro web dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. When you cancel, your modules stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made. A refund is a separate matter — see the Refund Policy for when a payment can be refunded and what happens to your access if it is.
Do prices include VAT?
Listed prices exclude VAT where applicable. Paddle calculates and displays the exact tax for your billing country in the checkout before you confirm.
How does per-location billing work?
Each location in your business selects its own plan and add-on modules. Your subscription quantity reflects your active locations — adding a location extends the subscription, and the Starter plan can be active on at most one location per business.
Can I subscribe from the mobile app?
No — plans and billing are managed exclusively in the DineXpro web dashboard at app.dinexpro.app. The mobile apps show your subscription status only.
